The Movement That Brings About Positive Change
Creating and cultivating a supportive and family atmosphere with impeccable morale is important to this organization. We work to establish healthy and lasting relationships within the organization, with the individuals we serve and our partners.
It is our duty to be an organization of servant leaders. We seek to build a servant leadership culture by attracting individuals who will continually strive to maximize their leadership potential through serving mankind and helping others to do the same.
Passion is the lifeblood of our organization. We bring passion, energy, and enthusiasm to everything we do. Our collective passion for service is how we are able to achieve our goals and successfully execute our mission.
We seek to build servant leaders who:

- Cultivate an atmosphere of love and genuine care for others (unite);
- Routinely provide support for all people who are in need (support); and,
